I'm using CS5
So I've made gifs before and never had this problem. I just wanted to save a gif. However the background gets completely fucked up. And it makes the quality of the gif look really low. Is there anything I can do about it.

All I want to do is make an animated gif in GIMP. I have looked for a tutorial, but I've had no such luck. I'm using GIMP 2.8. All I need is someone to help me.

I just started making animated gifs. I'm using the lastest version of VLC player to auto cap and Photobie to make the animated gifs. The quality is not coming out good though.
